This lighting study is of the outdoor stairway integrated into the RISD campus as part of the Chace Center construction in 2008. A very interesting space between an old church, the original brown brick RISD museum and the bright orange brick of the new Chace Center, a colleague and I chose to represent the way light affected the color of the alley throughout the day by creating this cut-paper collage.
